Dr. Alex Vidan was introduced to chiropractic by a friend after a sports injury while in college. At the time, he suffered from regular and painful headaches. He had such amazing results through chiropractic care that Dr. Vidan decided to pursue chiropractic as his profession. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2004 from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Vidan uses his degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) background from Louisiana State University, and his Human Biology degree from Logan to encourage natural methods of achieving and maintaining overall health and wellness to his patients. These degrees are also very helpful when caring for athletes. Dr. Vidan was a team physician for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2010 and during their 2011 World Championship season.

From 2009-2011, Dr. Grabowski practiced in Arlington, VA at NOVA Pain and Rehab. While at NOVA Pain and Rehab, Dr. Grabowski worked with an extensive array of athletes at different levels in their career, most notably the WUSA Women’s Rugby Team, as well as the general public. While in the Washington D.C. area, Dr. Grabowski was also able to give back to the community by volunteering at local events such as the Marine Corps Marathon and Relay for Life. In 2011, Dr. Grabowski moved to the St. Louis area where she worked for ProActive Chiropractic in Arnold, MO for 7 years prior to joining Vidan Family Chiropractic. Additionally, she worked with St. Louis FC during this tenure in Arnold. Dr. Grabowski is enthusiastic about applying chiropractic to help patients feel their best, perform their best, and live their best lives. She is passionate about helping athletes, pregnant women, and kids of all ages. Dr. Grabowski lives in Fenton, MO with her husband, Sam, and their two sons, Patrick and Declan. The family enjoys being outdoors together, playing or watching sports, and visiting Disney World.

Although she is not currently taking new patients, Dr. Sara Vidan is a proud co-owner of Vidan Family Chiropractic. She graduated from Louisiana State University with honors in 2000. While at LSU, Dr. Sara developed a passion for holistic living and decided to pursue a career in the chiropractic profession in her hometown of St. Louis at Logan College of Chiropractic. While attending Logan, Dr. Sara served as the Educational Coordinator for her class for all 10 trimesters, served as the Clinician's Assistant at one of Logan's five outpatients clinics, and earned a joint internship with Logan College and Barnes Jewish Hospital where she aided in the treatment and research of pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions in the OB/GYN department. Dr. Sara's service to her profession earned her Logan's Distinguished Service Award, and she was chosen by her peers to receive the Biofreeze Scholarship for 'the highest record of achievement in academics and leadership.' Upon graduation from Logan Chiropractic College, Drs. Alex and Sara Vidan were given one of the highest achievable honors presented by Logan College, the Award of Excellence.

Cheri joined our team in 2011 after getting to know the team as a long-time patient first. As our Office Manager, Cheri wears many hats, working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Though she’s often in the back office, she makes a point to connect with patients whenever she assists at the Front Desk, always building meaningful relationships along the way.
Cheri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Valparaiso University, which she earned in 2008. She’s been happily married to her husband, Patrick, since 2009, and they share their home with their beloved cat, Teal, who’s her constant companion. In addition to her role here, Cheri serves as the Director of Handbell Ministries at her church in Kirkwood, where she works on Tuesdays.
When she’s not working, Cheri enjoys strength training, singing with local women’s ensemble Bel Canto, and tackling puzzles. Her ideal vacation is a relaxing beach getaway or a culinary adventure discovering the best food spots in a new city.
A St. Louis native, Abby earned her Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from University of MO in Columbia in 2012. She also has a Certificate of Multicultural Studies and has visited 9 countries. Abby joined the front desk team in 2013. She is currently our Patient Coordinator and Front Desk Manager. She is a super multi-tasker, helping to help keep the office running smoothly!
Abby is passionate about seeing peoples’ lives change through the care provided in our office. She is easy to talk to and quickly gets to know each of our patients as she welcomes them to our practice family.
Abby has a huge passion for traveling the world. She studied abroad in South Korea and backpacked around Europe for 3 weeks--in which she checked at least 4 items off of her bucket list, including touring a different continent and completing a solo backpack trip! She loves cuddling her kitty, Mr. Darcy and dog, Maisie, and finding new hiking spots around Missouri. Fun Fact: Abby is Cheri’s sister-in-law! Cheri is married to Abby’s brother, Patrick.

Raised on a farm in central Missouri, Claire moved to Saint Louis in 2018. She started her career as a chiropractic administrative assistant from 2012-2016 in Jefferson City, MO where she specialized in patient care coordination. Her past experience in the chiropractic field, along with her knowledge of insurance and billing, has made her a great resource for patients and her team. When she’s not at work, Claire enjoys reading a great book, wandering on her family farm, spending time with her husband Chris, young daughters, Clara and Lucy, and large extended family.
A native St. Louisian, Jill has worked in the Chiropractic field for over a decade. She has a background in banking and a degree in health management. She has been on the team since 2008 and currently works part-time and oversees our financial department.
She has a strong desire for connecting with people and loves working with a passionate and vibrant team. When not at the office, she loves reading, organizing, and spending quality time with her family.

Our office is open, modern, and well-decorated. We have a comfortable waiting area for filling out paperwork or for family/friends to visit. One thing patients love about our office is that our wait time is usually minimal. Most patients go straight back to get adjusted or begin their therapy after arriving.
We love having kiddos in the office! Our adorable children’s corner is full of wooden toys, books, and crayons and paper. We love when one of our little visitors adds to our “Art Gallery”! (And rest assured, we carefully disinfect this area of our office frequently).

Our patients LOVE our texting technology! Patients new or established can text us directly to our main number, (314) 678-9355 for any needs. Need to reschedule? Just text us! Running late? Let us know via text! Our software gives us the ability to text back and forth. On your end, it will look like a conversation with a friend... and we hope it feels like that, too!
We will answer the phone, too. No automated prompts--instead a live, friendly person to take your call! And we actually return phone calls quickly!
We take digital x-rays of each patient (exceptions, of course, in the case of pregnancy or nursing, and for small children). We have large TVs in each of our exam rooms where the doctor can show the x-ray to the patient. This allows us to explain what is working, or not working, so you understand better how your spine should look and move, and how chiropractic can help to correct the problems.
